The Law Offices of Jae Mundt, PC provides clients with decades of experience in complex legal situations. Founded on the values of Justice, Dignity, Fortitude, Empathy, Integrity, and Follow-Through, each member of our team is integral in our clients successes through their legal and life journey.
Decades of experience in the courtroom and in complex legal systems: Substantial experience in family law and personal injury trials, arbitrations, depositions, advocated for hundreds of family law clients, mediated numerous family law matters, and prepared Wills and Will-related documents for families throughout the Denver Metro area. Licensed in Colorado and Illinois. Owned law practices in both states. Co-founded my own law practice in downtown Chicago, and later founded my current law firm.
Settlement out of Court: In spite of my trial and arbitration experience, I work extremely hard to help you stay out of court. In fact, my trial and arbitration experience is extremely helpful in helping matters come to settlement as it provides a guideline of what could result in a trial/arbitration. I absolutely believe there are creative solutions to every difficult situation. It takes gumption and perseverance on my part and on my client’s part, but it is almost always better to work on a resolution of you and the other party’s choosing rather than having the matter judged and determined in court.

I’m the greeter, the first contact for potential clients. I set up the initial consultation, gather basic info and necessary records, including medical, and help them feel at home. Once they retain our firm, I help them transition to the legal assistant assigned. I value our team’s integrity and Jae’s heart for clients. Outside of work, I spend time with my husband of 20 years. We love to be outdoors.
Robin O.
I love working with Jae and the rest of the team. Mostly, I am paralegal focused on personal injury. I so enjoy working with our clients, following up to collect medical records, police records and all other matters to help our clients get the best result possible. My husband and I and our children love the Castle Rock community. Other than work, I’m very busy with my children’s school and extra-curricular activities. As a fun note, I love to feed and watch hummingbirds in my backyard.
ANNE LIE V.
I’m the legal assistant doing myriad tasks in support of the whole team. Currently, I am updating a list of resources for the team and our clients. Outside of work, I love to travel! I bike, spend time at the gym, and my wonderful husband of 25 years. Though I’m from Sweden and he is from Vietnam, we met here. As a new empty nester looking for worthwhile work, I found my way to this practice where it is fulfilling to work with this incredible team.
JANELLE B.
I am a paralegal primarily working on family law matters. I’ve been with the firm working with Attorney Jae for years. I also help manage the office and help coordinate the work needing completed with the other staff. My husband and I are now grandparents! In addition to spending time with our family, we love spending time with so many friends we have here in Castle Rock.
COOPER M.
Hi. I am the office dog. Right now, I’m 6.5 years old - ½ Labrador retriever ½ Alaskan malamute. I so love to greet people coming in the door. I especially love children. When people come, I like to make them feel relaxed and comfortable. Now and then, I grab one of my squeaky toys for them to also play with hoping it makes them feel better. Next time you walk in the door, be sure to say hi to me.
