The Law Offices of Jae Mundt, PC provides clients with decades of experience in complex legal situations. Decades of experience in the courtroom and in complex legal systems: Substantial experience in family law and personal injury trials, arbitrations, depositions, advocated for hundreds of family law clients, mediated numerous family law matters, and prepared Wills and Will-related documents for families throughout the Denver Metro area. Licensed in Colorado and Illinois. Owned law practices in both states. Co-founded my own law practice in downtown Chicago, and later founded my current law firm.
Settlement out of Court: In spite of my trial and arbitration experience, I work extremely hard to help you stay out of court. In fact, my trial and arbitration experience is extremely helpful in helping matters come to settlement as it provides a guideline of what could result in a trial/arbitration. I absolutely believe there are creative solutions to every difficult situation. It takes gumption and perseverance on my part and on my client’s part, but it is almost always better to work on a resolution of you and the other party’s choosing rather than having the matter judged and determined in court.

SHARON
Sharon, one of our long-standing paralegals, is often the first point of contact for clients - coordinating consultations, gathering essential records, and fostering a welcoming environment. Once retained, she ensures a smooth transition to the client’s assigned paralegal. She values the firm’s integrity and Jae’s dedication to clients. Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors, including camping and rock climbing with her husband over 25 years.
Jill
Jill is a the firm’s paralegal specializing in personal injury law. She ensures the thorough collection of essential documents and provides comprehensive support to clients throughout the legal process. Passionate about advocacy, she values the relationships she builds. Outside of work, Jill enjoys everything involved with baking - trying new recipes and sharing treats with loved ones while creating lasting memories.
ANNELIE
Annelie is a dedicated paralegal who supports the legal team by managing client interactions, coordinating case materials, and refining firm resources while ensuring efficiency and upholding the firm’s high standards of service. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, biking, and staying active with her husband who she has been married to for over 30 years.
JANELLE B.
Janelle is a senior paralegal specializing in family law, having worked alongside Jae for several years. In addition to managing complex legal matters, she assists in office administration and coordinates workflow among staff to enhance efficiency and productivity. Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, bible study, traveling with her husband of over 30 years and fostering strong connections with her many friends.
COOPER
Hi there! I’m Cooper, the office dog and a mix of Labrador Retriever and Alaskan Malamute. I absolutely love greeting everyone who walks through the door, especially kids!
